CASTELO MÁGICO 2025: A NEW CHAPTER OF CHRISTMAS MAGIC

Castelo Mágico returns to open its doors once again, promising to transform the castle of Montemor-o-Velho into a true dreamlike kingdom, where the magic of Christmas can be felt in every corner. The 2025 edition will take place from November 29 to December 28, offering days filled with pure enchantment for the whole family.

Over the years, Castelo Mágico has established itself as the largest Christmas event in central Portugal, attracting thousands of visitors from across the country and abroad. This year, it once again promises to surprise, with new attractions, mascots and children’s characters known from television, shows, and immersive amusements that will make this Christmas an unforgettable chapter for all who visit.

Santa Claus at Castelo Mágico — one of the event’s most beloved figures, known for his warm connection with visitors — will welcome children once more in his enchanted house, hearing their wishes, sharing stories and smiles, and keeping the true spirit of Christmas alive.

More than just a Christmas event, Castelo Mágico is a place where children learn to dream and adults rediscover the joy of doing so, celebrating the festive spirit through unique moments of sharing, joy, and wonder.

The venue will be open from 10:00 to 19:00, inviting families to enjoy days filled with light, colour, and happiness in the heart of Portugal.
