2020 was a dull year: everyone, one way or the other, was forced to give up something that they enjoyed and had taken for granted. Never has the value of little choices been so treasured.
With the Covid-19 pandemic we were faced with confinement and, with it, restrictive measures that kept thousands of people from fulfilling their dreams and what 2020 had in store for them: the best festivals and major events.
Everything failed despite proper planning. It failed for the public, as well as for the producers, artists, technicians, partners… for everyone. However, giving up was never an option!
MOT have never given up! They have redefined, reinvented, recreated. They dreamt, made others dream and made dreams come true despite the adverse circumstances and signs.

With the vaccination process about to start – in Portugal and throughout Europe – and thanks to a better understanding of the coronavirus and its treatment, the turning point may be close and 2021 may give back all that was taken out in 2020: the hugs, kisses, presents and smiles within families and friends… but also the concerts and festivals!
On the basis of this belief, MOT will continue to work and set up events for 2021, assured that the best is yet to come and that soon they will be spreading smiles and bringing happiness to those who attend their events. After all, as the old saying goes: “it’s always darkest before the dawn”.
