Rolling Loud Portugal 2023 became a landmark moment for hip-hop in Portugal. From July 5th to 7th, Praia da Rocha in Portimão hosted one of Europe’s most powerful urban music festivals, welcoming thousands of fans from across the continent, particularly from the UK.
With a world-class production and an outstanding lineup, the festival delivered three unforgettable days of music, energy and visual impact. The 2023 edition reinforced Portugal’s position as a key destination for major international hip-hop events, with MOT – Memories of Tomorrow once again playing a key role as co-promote.
