Rockin’1000 Portugal 2024

Rockin’1000 made its debut in Portugal on September 14th, 2024, at the Municipal Stadium of Leiria, in what became a truly historic event. One thousand musicians from 23 different countries, including a strong Portuguese representation, came together on stage to perform legendary rock anthems in a powerful and emotional collective experience.

Throughout an unforgettable night, iconic songs by bands such as Metallica, Nirvana, Queen and Foo Fighters were performed to an enthusiastic crowd. The concert also featured special appearances by Pedro Abrunhosa and Nic Cester, adding unique and memorable moments to an already extraordinary show.

More than just a concert, Rockin’1000 was a celebration of music, community and shared passion, turning Leiria into the epicenter of rock for several days. Following its overwhelming success, the project’s founder announced Rockin’1000’s return to Portugal in 2025, confirming the lasting impact of this debut.
