ROCKIN’1000 2025 | Leiria

Rockin’1000 returned to Portugal on September 6th, 2025, once again transforming the Municipal Stadium of Leiria into a world-class rock stage. For the second year in a row, the event sold out, reinforcing Portugal’s growing importance as an international host for this global music movement.

This edition brought together 1,000 musicians from 29 countries, performing in front of an audience representing 46 nationalities, proving once again that rock music transcends borders. The setlist featured some of the greatest rock anthems of all time, culminating in an unforgettable collective moment during “Bohemian Rhapsody,” when the entire stadium sang as one.

Portugal played a key role in this edition, with 61% of the musicians being Portuguese, highlighting the strength and growth of the local Rockin’1000 community. Special guest appearances by Tim and Marisa Liz added a strong national identity to the show and further elevated the emotional impact of the night.

More than a concert, Rockin’1000 2025 was a powerful collective experience, reinforcing Portugal’s place on the global map of major live music events.
