These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation of and use of the Website, as well as the provision of information regarding the event organisation, production and management services provided by MOT, including, where applicable, redirection to external ticketing platforms for events promoted or organised by MOT. 

Use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    1.The Website is intended to provide institutional, commercial and promotional information about MOT, its services, events, brands and projects. 

    2.MOT makes its best efforts to ensure that the information provided is accurate, up to date and complete, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.

    1.All Website content, including texts, images, video, trademarks, logos, graphic design and audiovisual elements, is the property of MOT or duly authorised third parties. 

    2.Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of Website content without prior written authorisation from the Company is strictly prohibited.

    1.The processing of personal data carried out through the Website complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August. 

    2.Personal data collected is used exclusively to respond to contact requests, send institutional or commercial communications and manage relationships with clients and partners.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Porto shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to legally granted consumer rights. 

 

  1. Alternative Dispute Resolution 

Pursuant to Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. 

 

  1.  Complaints Book 

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 156/2005 of 15 September, MOT provides an electronic Complaints Book, accessible under the terms of the law. 

 

  1. Tickets and External Ticketing Platforms 
    1.The Website may provide information about events and tickets, as well as direct links to external ticketing platforms. 

    2.Ticket purchases are made outside the Website, directly on the ticketing platforms, and MOT is not a party to the ticket purchase and sale contract. 

    3. The contractual terms applicable to ticket purchases, including prices, payment methods, refund policies, cancellations and exclusion of the right of withdrawal, are defined by the ticketing entity. 

    4. MOT does not collect, process or have access to payment data related to ticket purchases made on external platforms.
